I am now a Certified Happiness Trainer! I spent two years studying the Science of Happiness and Positive Psychology. Extensive research in this field has shown that small changes you make in your daily life can have a BIG impact on your happiness. And, happier people have been shown to not only feel better, but also have more energy, better relationships, improved mental and physical health, higher income, better performance at school and work, more creativity, and better productivity (among other things – wow!)!
